1. General Overview & Eligibility

• Operating Entity: Bundles & Glam operates in Accra, Ghana, offering nationwide delivery and select international shipments.
• Age Requirement: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Product Descriptions and Authenticity

• Hair Specifications: We take pride in sourcing quality virgin hair, raw human hair bundles, closures, and custom wigs. Because raw and human hair comes from natural donors, minor variations in curl patterns, natural textures, and bundle color tones (e.g., natural black vs. off-black) are normal and not considered product defects.
• Visuals & Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colors and lengths accurately. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen resolution or calibration.
• Modifications: Bleaching, dyeing, or applying high heat to raw/virgin hair alters its structure. We strongly recommend professional styling; we are not liable for damage caused by improper home bleaching or styling.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Currency: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices on the website are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and include applicable statutory levies or taxes where indicated.
• Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via recognized payment gateways (such as Paystack, Flutterwave, or bank cards) and Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money).
• Payment Confirmation: An order is only confirmed once full payment reflects in our account. We reserve the right to cancel or place an order on hold if there are suspected fraudulent activities or failed authorizations.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Pickups

• Delivery in Greater Accra: Orders within Accra are generally processed and delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Same-day dispatch may be arranged via local dispatch riders where agreed upon.
• Rest of Ghana: Deliveries to regions outside Greater Accra (e.g., Kumasi, Takoradi, Sunyani, Tamale) are handled via reliable domestic couriers, parcel delivery services, or bus services (typically 2 to 4 business days).
• Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate phone numbers, delivery addresses, or digital GPS addresses (GhanaPost GPS). Bundles & Glam is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect contact or address details.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Hygiene Policy

• All Sales Final for Worn Hair: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair bundles, wigs, frontals, or closures that have been unpacked, combed, brushed, cut, washed, bleached, worn, or altered in any manner.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items:
  • If you receive an incorrect product, incorrect length, or factory defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Items eligible for return/exchange must remain in their original, unopened packaging with all tags, ribbons, and seals fully intact.
• Custom Wig Orders: Units customized to specific head sizes, custom-cut lace, or custom-colored pieces are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.

• Use the site for unlawful purposes, fraudulent card/mobile money payments, or misrepresentation.
• Scrape, extract, or republish text, photos, or descriptions from bundlesandglam.com without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass or compromise website security or disrupt site operations.

• Our maximum liability for any verified claim regarding a purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific order.
